Important: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the QiankunEZ application. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Shenzhen Lanbing Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the QiankunEZ mobile application ("App" or "Service").

1.2 Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Age Restriction: This App is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use this App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. Service Description

3.1 Overview

QiankunEZ is a mobile application based on traditional Chinese I Ching (Yi Jing) divination culture. The App provides:

• Hexagram Casting: Simulated traditional coin-toss divination
• Hexagram Database: Complete information on all 64 I Ching hexagrams
• AI Interpretation: AI-powered personalized hexagram analysis using DeepSeek technology
• History: Storage and retrieval of your divination records

3.2 Entertainment Disclaimer

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The hexagram interpretations and AI analysis provided by this App are for entertainment, cultural experience, and traditional I Ching learning purposes only. They do not constitute any form of prediction, guarantee, professional advice, or decision-making basis.

Users should approach the content with a rational mindset and should not rely on it as the sole or primary basis for significant life decisions, including but not limited to medical, financial, or legal matters. The Company assumes no liability for any actions or decisions made by users based on the content of this App.

3.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI interpretation feature in this App uses third-party artificial intelligence technology (DeepSeek). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. AI systems may produce "hallucinations"—outputs that appear plausible but are factually incorrect.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.
• Prohibited Uses: You shall not use the AI features to generate, disseminate, or promote any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.
• No Professional Advice: AI-generated interpretations do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must sign in using Google or Apple authentication. By doing so, you authorize us to access and use your display name, email address, and any profile picture provided by the third-party sign-in provider for display purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. In addition, if you choose to select an image from your device photo library and upload it as your avatar, we process the image only when you actively select and confirm the upload, and we store it on our servers for displaying your avatar in the App. We do not access or upload your photos without your action.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app account deletion feature: Go to "Me" > "Settings" > "Delete Account". Alternatively, you can contact us at support@lanbing.tech. Upon account deletion:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Your divination history will be deleted or anonymized
• Any remaining Aura credits will be forfeited and cannot be recovered
• Any active VIP membership will be terminated without refund for the remaining period

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To avoid further charges, please cancel auto-renewal in your platform subscription settings (at least 24 hours before the current period ends).

5. Virtual Currency (Aura Credits)

5.1 Description

Aura credits are virtual currency within the App used to access premium features such as AI interpretations.

5.2 Types of Aura Credits

5.3 Usage Rules

• Aura credits can only be used within the App
• Aura credits cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash
• Each AI reading consumes 1 Aura credit
• VIP members enjoy unlimited AI readings without consuming Aura during membership period (your stored Aura credits will not be consumed while your membership is active)
• When using AI readings without an active membership, the system will prioritize consuming Aura credits that are expiring soonest

5.4 Refund Policy for Aura Credits

• Promotional Credits: Non-refundable under any circumstances
• Purchased Credits: We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted through the platform where you made the purchase:
  • Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
  • App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com

6. VIP Membership

6.1 Subscription Types

6.2 Auto-Renewal

AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS:

• By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal of your membership
• Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends
• The subscription will automatically renew at the same rate unless cancelled
• The platform may send you a notification before renewal (subject to platform policies)

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time:

• For Google Play: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
• For Apple: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to VIP features until the end of the paid period. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the current period expires.

6.4 Price Changes

If we change subscription prices, the new price will only apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the price change. Your current subscription will continue at the price you originally agreed to until you cancel or it expires.

6.5 Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Important: Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. All refund requests must be submitted through the platform where you made the purchase.

• We do not process refunds directly—all refunds are handled by the respective platform
• Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
• App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
• The platform will review and determine refund eligibility according to their policies

For EU Residents: Under EU consumer protection laws, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases. However, by starting to use the subscription immediately, you acknowledge waiving this right as the service has been fully performed.

7. Order Management

7.1 Viewing Orders

You can view your order history in "Me" > "My Orders", including:

• Order status (Pending, Completed, Cancelled, etc.)
• Product details (name, quantity, amount)
• Payment information (payment method, transaction time)

Important: Subscriptions are managed through the platform where you made the purchase:

• Google Play: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions
• App Store: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions

You can cancel, pause, or resume your subscription directly from the platform.

7.4 Customer Support

If you encounter any issues with your purchase or service, please contact us:

• Please include: User ID, Order Number (if applicable), issue description, and relevant screenshots
• We will respond within 1-3 business days

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account
• Legal action where appropriate

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 User Content

• Hexagram Data: The hexagram sequences generated through your divination sessions belong to you
• Classical Texts: All hexagram texts, line texts, commentaries, and related interpretations are owned by the Company
• AI Interpretations: AI-generated analysis content is owned by the Company, but you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use and store such content for personal purposes

9.3 Restrictions

Without our prior written consent, you may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any App content
• Use the App content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on the App

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10.2 Content Disclaimer

We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any divination content
• The suitability of interpretations for any particular purpose
• The reliability of AI-generated analysis

10.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for any third-party services, including in-app purchase and subscription platforms (Google Play Billing / Apple App Store (StoreKit)) and AI service providers (DeepSeek). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS YOU TAKE BASED ON DIVINATION RESULTS

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China.

For EU Residents: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory EU consumer protection laws. You may also be entitled to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence.

14. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and the Company only, not with Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App.
• In the event of any third party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Company, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

15. Google Play Terms

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and the Company only, not with Google LLC.
• Google LLC is not responsible for the App or the content thereof.
• Google LLC has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
• Google LLC is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the App.
