Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the QiankunEZ
mobile application (the "App").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information
in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access
or use the App.
This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Service, constitutes the
complete agreement governing your use of this App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
Availability Note: Sign-in methods may vary depending on your platform, region, and app build. If you choose to sign in using a third-party authentication provider (such as Google, Apple, or WeChat), we may collect:
- Profile Picture: To display your avatar within the App. You may also choose to select an image from your device photo library and upload it as your avatar. We process the image only when you actively select and confirm the upload, and we store it on our servers for displaying your avatar in the App. You can update or remove your avatar at any time in the App. We do not access or upload your photos without your action.
- Display Name: To personalize your experience
- Email Address: For account identification, communication, and service notifications (such
as subscription expiration reminders and aura expiration alerts). You can enable or disable email
notifications at any time in Settings.
- Unique User ID: To identify your account across sessions (for example, provider-specific identifiers such as a Google/Apple user identifier or WeChat OpenID/UnionID)
2.2 Divination Data
When you use our divination features, we collect:
- Query Topics: The questions or subjects you wish to divine
- Divination Date: Both Gregorian and Lunar calendar dates
- Hexagram Data: The original and changed hexagrams, including moving lines
- AI Interpretations: The analysis generated based on your hexagram
This information is used to provide divination services and maintain your history for future reference.
Regarding Automated Decision-Making: The AI interpretation feature uses automated processing
technology to generate hexagram analysis. This feature is for entertainment and cultural learning purposes only
and does not significantly affect your rights. You may choose not to use the AI interpretation feature and view
only the traditional hexagram information.
2.3 Payment Information
When you make purchases (Aura credits or VIP membership), we collect:
- Order Details: Order ID, product type, amount, and timestamp
- Transaction Status: Payment method and completion status
- Subscription Identifiers: Such as Google Play purchaseToken or Apple originalTransactionId, used for subscription status synchronization, entitlement delivery, reconciliation, and fraud prevention
Note: Depending on your platform/region and the payment method you choose, payments may be processed through Google Play Billing, Apple App Store (StoreKit), or third-party payment providers such as WeChat Pay or Alipay. We do not collect or
store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information.
2.4 Device Information
We automatically collect certain device information, including:
- Device Identifiers: For security and fraud prevention
- Device Model and OS Version: For app optimization
- Network Status: To ensure stable service delivery
- Usage Logs: For performance analysis and troubleshooting
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our divination services
- To process your transactions and manage your account
- To save and display your divination history
- To personalize your experience
- To improve our App and develop new features
- To communicate with you about updates, promotions, or support
- To send you service-related notifications (such as subscription expiration reminders and aura expiration
alerts)
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activities
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using your personal
information depends on the specific context:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing necessary to provide you with the services you requested
- Consent: Where you have given explicit consent
- Legitimate Interests: For fraud prevention, security, and service improvement
- Legal Obligation: To comply with applicable laws
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers
- Payment Processing: Payments may be processed by Google Play Billing / Apple App Store (StoreKit) and/or third-party payment providers such as WeChat Pay or Alipay, depending on your platform/region and payment method (we do not directly process or store sensitive payment information such as bank card details)
- AI Technology Provider (DeepSeek): To generate hexagram interpretations, we send your query content, hexagram data, and moving line information to DeepSeek for processing. DeepSeek processes this data in accordance with their Privacy
Policy. We do not transmit your Google/Apple ID, email, or other account identifiers. Please do not enter sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, contact details, or medical records in your query content.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) (Hong Kong SAR, China) for secure data storage and processing
5.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
5.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you
before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

including Hong Kong SAR, China, where our servers are located. These countries or regions may have data protection

When we transfer your data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure your information
remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including:
- Using servers with industry-standard security measures
- Encrypting data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Limiting access to personal data to authorized personnel only
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for the following periods:
- Account Information: For the duration of your account, and 30 days after account deletion
- Divination Records: For the duration of your account (recoverable within 30 days after
deletion, permanently deleted thereafter)
- Transaction Records: As required by applicable laws (typically 5 years)
- Log Data: 90 days
- Audit Logs: For legal compliance and dispute resolution, retained for 5 years. Audit logs record
the time and source (such as IP address and User-Agent/device information) of key operations such as registration,
account deletion, and data deletion, as well as hashed user identifiers (open_id_hash) for security and dispute
handling. We protect such logs through security measures such as access controls.
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within the timeframes
specified above, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes. Within 30 days of
deletion, you may log in again using the same method to restore your account and all associated rights;
after 30 days, your data will be permanently anonymized.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

For California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right
to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of the sale of
personal information. We do not sell personal information.
10. Account Deletion
You can delete your account through the in-app account deletion feature: Go to "Me" > "Settings" > "Delete
Account". Alternatively, you can contact us at support@lanbing.tech to request
account deletion.
Upon account deletion:
- Your access to the App will be revoked
- Your divination history will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days
- Any remaining Aura credits will be forfeited
- Any active VIP membership will be terminated
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through the
Apple App Store or Google Play. To avoid further charges, please cancel auto-renewal in your platform subscription
settings.
11. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Applying hashing/masking measures to sensitive information where appropriate (for example, hashing user identifiers for audit and risk control)
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security assessments
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to
protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal information security
incident, we will notify you within 72 hours through in-app notifications, email, or other means.
12. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent,
we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact
us immediately at support@lanbing.tech.
13. Third-Party Links
Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices
of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal
information.
14. Google Play Data Safety
In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements, here is a summary of how we handle your data:
- Data Collected: Account info (email, name), device info, usage data, purchase history
- Data Shared: Query content, hexagram and moving line data with AI provider (no personally identifiable information); payments may be processed by Google Play / Apple App Store and/or other third-party payment providers depending on your platform/region and payment method
- Data Encryption: Yes, in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Data Deletion: You can request deletion by contacting us
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the
new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
